With nearly 60,000 square feet of customizable office and warehouse space, our new build is already 100% leased to Foundation Building Materials (FBM), a multinational building products and construction materials distributor. Having worked tirelessly with our design and construction partners to overcome timetable challenges, the RCG team is happy to report the construction finish line is in sight, with substantial completion projected for February 2023 and handover to our tenant in March.
