Harold Goodwyn
Managing Director
As managing director, Harold is focused on ensuring that all aspects of RCG Group are cohesive and high functioning. He achieves this by incorporating the lessons learned from the succession of experiences, exposures and relationships he’s had over three decades of work. For Harold, nothing is more exciting than seeing ideas become realities through the efforts of the RCG team.
Harold is known for his ability to focus on the details and his commitment to forging strong relationships. His business goal, which he is well on his way to realizing, is to build RCG Group into an enduring organization where people’s growth, gratification and fulfilment drive sustained client outcomes and profits.
Harold holds a BA (Hons.) in History from Queen’s University and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. In his spare time, he cycles, skis, travels and spends quality time with his family.


Gordon Walker
Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Development
A highly energetic and passionate real estate professional, Gordon is responsible for RCG Group’s overall medium-to-long-term asset and income growth objectives. He achieves this through the acquisition, development and construction of quality real estate investment properties in a broad range of asset classes throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Alberta and western US. Gordon reflects the values of RCG Group when he says, “I have a meaningful and rewarding opportunity to plan, implement, execute and contribute to the company’s long-term growth, success and prosperity.”
Gordon holds a BComm (Dean’s List) in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a longstanding member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and NAIOP.


Dallas Pretty
Director, Finance & Operations
As Director, Finance & Operations, Dallas is guides the RCG team through all areas of finance — operations, strategic business development, mergers & acquisitions, public and private financing, internal and external financial reporting, plus human resources. He brings to this role 20+ years of finance and management experience in both public and private companies, as well as seven years with KPMG.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Dallas also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.


Arya Ghodsi
Director, Real Estate Services
An independent and decisive individual who can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, Arya is responsible for RCG Group’s strategic vision and operation of the leasing, property and asset management business units. Before joining RCG, Arya held roles at Wesgroup Properties and Allied Properties REIT, which solidified his experience in asset management and operations.
Arya holds a BComm from the University of the British Columbia.


Zuzana Kelbelova
Property Manager
Zuzana oversees the property management division of RCG Group. She works with a broad range of people — from tenants to contractors to colleagues — and finds that every day brings something new. Calm and determined, she expertly manages multiple projects at the same time, and welcomes new challenges.
Prior to joining RCG, Zuzana spent eight years coordinating the diverse commercial portfolio of Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak). She also managed the West End residential portfolio for Hollyburn Properties for over three years.
Zuzana holds a Property Management Licence from Sauder Business School at the University of British Columbia.


Alex Stobbe
Operations Superintendent
At RCG Group, Alex maintains building exteriors and common areas, plus ensures that tenant issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. A high-energy, hard-working person who loves a challenge, Alex is skilled at resolving unusual or complicated building issues.
Prior to joining RCG, Alex spent five years training under a general contractor in the construction industry.


Sahara Zhang
Senior Property Accountant
Sahara handles the accounting of RCG Group’s commercial properties — a role that keeps her on her toes staying up to date on new knowledge in the accounting world.
Prior to joining RCG, Sahara managed multiple industrial and commercial property accounts for a leading global real estate company.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Adminisation degree from Simon Fraser University with a specialization in accounting and finance. A cheerful person with a love of travel and spending time with family, Sahara admits to a sweet tooth.


Lana Xiao
Property Accountant
As a property accountant at RCG Group, Lana uses her expertise to find ways to make financial reporting and analysis more efficient. She also takes steps to help improve the overall financial growth of the company.
A quiet yet enthusiastic team player, Lana brings to her position over seven years of accounting experience in the property management and real estate industry.
Lana holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from Simon Fraser University and also received advanced accounting training at BCIT.


Stacy Takeno
Leasing and Development Coordinator
Stacy’s work is integral to all aspects of leasing, from offer to execution. she also provides support on development projects. As tasks and priorities constantly shift, no two days are the same and strategy is always part of the process. Almost a decade of combined experience working for international corporations such as Colliers and Bentall GreenOak in the property management industry has provided Stacy with insight that she brings to her role a leasing and development coordinator.
Stacy holds a BFA from the University of Victoria and a Property Management Licence from Sauder Business School at the University of British Columbia.


Cheng Chan
Senior Property Administrator
Cheng assists the property managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of RCG properties and liaising with the tenants and vendors. Tenants appreciate her cheerful and friendly disposition although Cheng is the first to say she’s firm where accounts receivables are concerned!
Prior to joining RCG Group, Cheng spent 10 years working in commercial property operations at Noble & Associates Realty, GWL Realty Advisors and Allied Properties REIT.


Jollean Coulson
Team and Office Administrator
Jollean is best described as a jack-of-all-office-trades. Her tasks range from administrative work and office management, to team care and coordination, to event planning, design and beyond. She has an impressive ability to make things fun and meaningful for the RCG team, a result of her talent for balancing the practical and unconventional in the workplace, and her ability to blend critical thinking with just the right amount of whimsy.
Jollean holds a BA in Communication Studies in addition to a two-year Film & Video Production diploma.


Jonathan Ryan
Commercial Property Maintenance Technician
Jonathan is RCG’s “boots on the ground” person. He makes initial assessments, grants access to services and helps contractors, tenants and RCG staff to realize their goals. A hard-working individual skilled with his hands, Jonathan brings to RCG Group 12 years of experience in construction and property services.
For Jonathan, every day brings unique and exciting challenges.
