Summer 2025 marked a notable win for RCG. We secured a $20-million top-notch property from Odyssey Vortex LLC in the Henderson submarket, marking this as RCG’s second acquisition in the greater Las Vegas area. With Slatt Capital & EBS Realty ushering us to the finish line, we successfully closed on July 10th.

Built in 2024, the Bermuda Industrial Centre is in a highly desirable location just 18 km south of the Harry Reid International Airport and 3 km west of Highway 15, a major transportation route into California.
