Harold Goodwyn

Managing Director

As managing director, Harold is focused on ensuring that all aspects of RCG Group are cohesive and high functioning. He achieves this by incorporating the lessons learned from the succession of experiences, exposures and relationships he’s had over three decades of work. For Harold, nothing is more exciting than seeing ideas become realities through the efforts of the RCG team. 

Harold is known for his ability to focus on the details and his commitment to forging strong relationships. His business goal, which he is well on his way to realizing, is to build RCG Group into an enduring organization where people’s growth, gratification and fulfilment drive sustained client outcomes and profits. 

Harold holds a BA (Hons.) in History from Queen’s University and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. In his spare time, he cycles, skis, travels and spends quality time with his family.

Arya Ghodsi

Director, Real Estate Services

An independent and decisive individual who can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, Arya is responsible for RCG Group’s strategic vision and operation of the leasing, property and asset management business units. Before joining RCG, Arya held roles at Wesgroup Properties and Allied Properties REIT, which solidified his experience in asset management and operations. 

Arya holds a BComm from the University of the British Columbia.

Tiffany Duzita

VP, Acquisitions & Development

Tiffany spearheads RCG’s acquisition and development of quality real estate investment properties and the re-deployment or divestiture of our existing underdeveloped properties.

With over 25 years of accomplished real estate experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, she has successfully lead the development of mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Tiffany’s leadership style fosters a collaborative vision and workplace culture that inspires teams to achieve and celebrate success, increase efficiency and profitability and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. As part of RCG’s Leadership Team & its growth objectives, she brings extensive skills in strategic planning, organizational development, team building, complex legal structures, financial analytics and project management.

Born and raised in Richmond, BC where she still resides, Tiffany loves the outdoors as her backyard playground with a passion for trail running, downhill skiing and pickleball.

GiGi Chan

Director, Finance

Deeply valuing team building, GiGi welcomes each day at RCG as the opportunity to work with forward-looking high achievers to help foster effective innovative ideas for the company’s growth. Always excited for creativity and continuous learning has made her 15 years of real estate accounting experience a true journey in both public and private organizations. Helming RCG’s Finance, Corporate Accounting and Administration makes for an ever-changing plateau of challenges that GiGi strives to bring momentum and modernity to.

She holds a BComm (Honours) from Laurentian University.

Dallas Pretty

Strategic Advisor

As Strategic Advisor, Dallas provides direction on a long list of company objectives, contributing oversight to RCG’s Leadership Team on investment planning, business strategy, capital & equity planning, revenue opportunities and co-venture regulatory obligations, to name a few. He brings to this role 20+ years of finance and management experience in both public and private companies, as well as seven years with KPMG.

A Chartered Professional Accountant by training, Dallas additionally holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Arya Rachmansyah

Sr. Property Accountant

Bringing 6+ years of development and property accounting experience, Arya is well-positioned to help drive the financial health of RCG. With a keen attitude to efficiency and strategic decision making, he finds his supportive stride implementing industry best practices to meet RCG’s objectives of growth.

Collaboration drives this independent self-starter as Arya’s background at Ledingham McAllister & QuadReal Property Group exposed him to the opportunity to learn the real estate industry amidst strong team environments.

Always approachable with a smile, Arya values strong listening as part of the process of understanding. He holds a BCom from UBC.

Jeremy Desrochers

Senior Property Manager

Jeremy brings over a decade of experience in commercial property management across both owner-managed and third-party portfolios including roles at Wesgroup, Warrington PCI (serving clients like QuadReal and PCI Developments) and Groupe Denux.

Leading RCG’s property management team for the BC portfolio, he applies his expertise in operational strategy, tenant service and financial management. Plans come to life through effective budgeting and capital planning with a strong focus on collaboration and performance.

Jeremy holds a BCom from the University of Victoria and a Rental Property Management License from the BC Financial Services Authority.

Sherri Hetherington

Senior Building Operator

Sherri comes to RCG as an impressive 4th class power engineer, shining with 25+ years of building operator experience from downtown towers, commercial/school/retail to light industrial. She works hard to ensure the comfort, safety and property value of our esteemed Surrey, Cloverdale and Delta portfolio using preventative maintenance and best practices.

With a curious and empathetic approach, Sherri loves the challenge and excitement of investigating and solving maintenance mysteries. Never a shortage of stories and cheerful humour, she loves to keep active with golf, bocci, hiking and dogs.

 

Stacy Takeno

Leasing and Development Coordinator

Stacy’s work is integral to all aspects of the leasing process, from offer to execution. She additionally provides invaluable support to development projects.  As tasks and priorities constantly shift, no two days are the same and strategy is always part of the process. Almost a decade of combined experience working for international corporations such as Colliers and Bentall GreenOak in the property management industry has provided Stacy with valuable insight and expertise that she enjoys bringing to her role.

Stacy holds a BFA from the University of Victoria.

Eric Jo

Property Accountant

Eric boasts more than 8 years of accounting expertise within the property management and real estate domains, skillfully cultivating cooperative atmospheres conducive to reaching organizational objectives. Driven by a fervour for problem-solving and refining processes, he consistently seeks avenues for improvement and innovation.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Eric finds joy in exploring diverse locales through travel, engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, and enjoying snowboarding adventures with his family.

 

Jollean Coulson

Team and Office Administrator

Often described as a jack-of-all-office-trades, her tasks range from office management and administrative, to team care and coordination, event planning, website management, social media, newsletter production and beyond. She has an impressive ability to make things fun and meaningful for the RCG team, a result of her talent for balancing the practical and unconventional in the workplace along with an ability to blend critical thinking with just the right amount of whimsy.  

She holds a BA in Communication Studies in addition to a two-year Film & Video Production diploma.

Amanda Carter

Property Administrator

Amanda takes on a dual role as she provides administrative support for RCG’s US and Alberta properties in addition to being the engine of the train driving our vast accounts payable cycle. She finds RCG continually engaging as an Owner-Manager model versus her experience in third-party management as she comes from 4+ years at Colliers supporting 100+ commercial tenants.

Self-described as the one with “the loud appearance and quiet experience”, Amanda brings a fun energy & enjoys the amazing, supportive, team environment at RCG.

Lynne Li

Commercial Property Administrator

As RCG’s busy property administrator, Lynne brings over 7 years of strong foundational residential and commercial property management experience whilst holding a Rental Property Manager License. Providing strong support for our BC portfolio, she acts as a reliable bridge between landlord and tenants, handling communication, coordinating maintenance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Lynne values patience and solid listening skills, using that quiet passion to embrace the consistent problem-solving nature of her role, truly enjoying that every day brings new challenges.

She loves to find calm and joy through playing piano and time spent with family.

Macario Guevara

Building Operator

Macario oversees RCG’s 10-building portfolio in Richmond City Centre/Brighouse. With nearly 4 years experience as a building operator/engineer and nearly 6 years as a 5th Class Power Engineer, he additionally holds certifications in Decarbonization and First Aid Level 3. Having worked in various industrial, food processing plants and commercial buildings, he sincerely enjoys solving long-standing issues and seeing tenants and customers happy with the solutions.

As a people person, he still loves his personal time, studying, practicing and competing in martial arts and spending time with his wifey.

Throughout each of the transactions, we found RCG to be fair and reasonable in its acquisitions approach. We believe that one of the key advantages offered to vendors by transacting with RCG is its streamlined reporting structure and its ability to move quickly in an industry in which rapidity is crucial.
