For 50+ years, RCG Group has owned, developed and managed commercial and industrial spaces across the Vancouver Lower Mainland in British Columbia, and more recently in Calgary and Rockyview County, Alberta, plus Hayward, California. We also hold undeveloped land and redevelopment sites in the communities we operate in. RCG is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.

    RCG Group currently focused acquiring and/or investing in Tier 1 new-generation logistics warehouse/ distribution/ fulfillment facilities and grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centres. We meet our growth targets through our established relationships throughout our strong broker network.

  • Finance & Accounting

    Our accounting and finance professionals collaborate with our clients and business units to provide exceptional full-cycle accounting services.

    The RCG team leverages capital relationships across a range of core-lending institutions and brokerages producing great success in securing debt financing for our acquisition and development programs in addition to the refinancing of existing assets.

  • Asset, Leasing & Property Management
