Great Plains A & B are investment-grade distribution buildings built in 2008 both with a combined to total 652,016 SF on 29.75 acres. Best in class construction which included insulated concrete tilt-up panel façade; 28’ clear ceiling heights and 2,000-amp electrical service. Column spacing of 55’ wide by 40’ deep allows for efficient racking and flexibility in demising.
